Brilliant ruby red colour. An intense bouquet developed through a combination of mature red fruits and plums and vanilla tones with a fine toast from the barrels. Medium body, a fine structure and a nice ending characterise this wine. Wine maker notes Temperature-controlled vinification, followed by a period of aging. 90% of the wine spends 8 months in stainless steel tanks, with the balance matured in oak barrels prior to blending, bottling and release.
