78% Riesling Auten Vineyard (2020)/22% Gewurztraminer Auten Vineyard (2021). Gewurztraminer was picked in late September, crushed and left on skins for four days while fermentation began. The must was pressed and blended with Riesling before bottling. Bone-dry and full of energy! Aromatics run the gamut from citrus to tropical, with a nice dose of spice from the Gewurztraminer.
