PGI Cyclades. The grapes come from 60 year old vines in Santorini. 90% Assyrtiko, 5% Aidani, 5% Athiri, this wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks. The relatively high acidity gives this easy-drinking white a crisp freshness and cool minerality. Try with a Shrimp Po'boy or Fish n' Chips, goat cheese salad or chicken milanese or scallopini.
