Made by Rihaku Shuzo, Shimane Prefecture. Brewed carefully and slowly at low temperatures using traditional brewing techniques and Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 55%. Characterized by a well-rounded flavor with a solidness to the flavor and fragrance, and clean finish.
