Made from a traditional blend of local grapes, 40% Grechetto, 30% Procanico, 20% Verdello and Malvasia, and 10% Vermentino, it was vinified entirely in stainless steel, no oak. The result is a refined, elegant and harmonious wine of delicate medium sweetness. Excellent with hors d'ouevres, vegetable casseroles, thicker cuts of fish. In the heart of the Orvieto Classico region, the Barbis own an estate that consists of 55 hectares, 32 of which are devoted to vineyards.
