100% Chardonnay from the Casablanca Valley, 50% of the juice was aged in used oak barrels for six months. It has a rich yellow color. On the nose, displays delicious ripe pear, peach aromas with floral notes. On the palate the fruit and creamy texture is balanced with the acidity. Soft and silky finish. Enjoy with Asian chicken salad, grilled tuna with melted anchovy butter and lemon, or a creamy pasta dish with Portobello mushrooms.
