Bianco di Custoza is a refreshing blend of Garganega, Cortese, and Trebbiano grapes. The nose offers aromas of peach, melon, and citrus fruits. On the palate it's balanced, on the light edge of medium body, and crisp, with a hint of CO2 adding a cleansing, zesty impression that makes one glass call for another. The Bianco di Custoza is particularly recommended for those who enjoyed (and miss) the Provenza Lugana, a wine from the same region. While this is a white many will enjoy sipping by itself, it would make a great match with antipasto (prosciutto, sopresatta, parmegiano, olives, etc.), or with a variety of fish dishes.
