Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, it has a golden hue with nose filled with pear blossoms and citrus fruit combined with notes of ripe peaches, apricots and honey. The palate is lush and smooth. The fresh, long minerally finish also offers subtle vanilla and light toasty accents. A blend of 80% Chardonnay, 15% Viognier, and 5% Sauvignon Blanc.
