Bitch is a line of fun, approachable, quality-driven wines from winemaker Chris Ringland. Using grapes from well-regarded growers in northern Spain, Bitch highlights the natural varietal characteristics of cool-climate Chardonnay, Grenache and Viura from superior terroir.

Technical notes

(Chardonnay/Grenache). Sourced from high altitude, cool-climate vineyard sites that are planted to alluvial red-brown loams and white limestone mixed with rocky slate. Winemaker Chris Ringland personally selects unoaked Chardonnay and Grenache wines for this blend.
