KAH’s real promise is fulfilled in their exquisite anejo. Though the “flavor footprint” remains a bit compressed, there is a lot of interest, complexity and balance offered in this anejo. Strains of vegetal “umami” and mushroom are paired with some dialed-back citrus. This one’s a keeper folks! Guess you’d better buy all three ages of KAH because the bottles are so damned beautiful as a set.
