Genot-Boulanger works in 32 appellations and owns 27.54 hectares of vines. They harvest entirely by hand on sorting tables at the winery. Afterwards, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occurs in oak barrels (15% new barrels). What is created is an an abundant wine, rich and full, with clearly marked aromas of terroir. It makes for a wonderful accompaniment to shellfish, oysters, ris de veau, or pressed cheeses.
