Chateau Fuisse is the estate that produces Maison Vincent's finest Pouilly-Fuisse, a 100% Chardonnay produced on limestone-based soils in southern Burgundy's famed appellation. The Chateau Fuisse "Vieilles Vignes" [Old Vines] is perhaps the richest, fullest white produced in the area. Wine lovers may well feel that it has more in common with Chassagne-Montrachet than with most Maconnais wines.
