Beginning with an incredible nose of dried cherries, ripe apricot, ripe plum and a a delicate floral bouquet of orange blossom, white flower and honeysuckle. Bold and rich mouthfeel with notes of honey, candied orange peel, vanilla, and a delightful touch of grain. The finish is intense and slightly sweet with subdued honeyed notes.

"Dry sherry and make no mistake. Silky, juicy delivery; cramped slightly by a background bitterness; spices take their time but arrive eventually. Doubly dry finale thanks to both big oak and the sherry influence. Could do with some very delicate extra balancing sweetness to take it to the next level. Sophisticated nonetheless." -Jim Murray, "Whisky Bible" 88 points
