Sherryish, nutty aromas predominate. Then malt (slightly buttery), and peat. Each seems to manifest itself as a separate hit. Lively expression of classic Speyside flavours: sherry, malt and slight smokiness and lightly peated. A straightforward Speyside classic. Also big enough to benefit from considerable age.
