Winemaker's Notes: "Producing a fine Pinot Noir requires an exact balance of warm days and cool nights. We have found this balance in our vineyard at Mitzpah Ramon in the high desert. The wine is marked by soft, yet palpable tannin, with a fresh almost strawberry aroma with hints of black cherries and mint. Barkan Pinot Noir's medium body and crisp finish goes well with grilled salmon or veal, and is best served at a cool room temperature."
