This wine was aged as a Manzanilla for three years before loosing the "flor" as it was not regulary refreshed with young wine. It has a bright amber and topaz colour. On the palate there are hints of dried fruit, flor ageing, wood and baked apple. It is medium dry, long, persistent and full-bodied; very complex. It is perfect as an aperitif, or may be served with soups or mushrooms dishes.
