As soon as we tasted the A by Acacia Pinot Noir, we knew that we had come across something special. The acidity and tannic content of this wine are so balanced that they make this wine truly silky and elegant. Aromas of cherries, some minerality, and slight undertones of barrel-aging make this wine reminiscent of a Burgundian Pinot Noir. Pair it with sashimi tuna, cedar plank salmon, pork loin, or roasted chicken... or just enjoy it on its own.

Long before the climate of this American Viticultural Area (AVA) was recognized as ideal for growing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Acacia’s pioneering founders were convinced of it.
Their goal when they launched Acacia was to achieve a certain balance in Pinot Noir that, at the time, existed only in French wines. They wanted to make a single-vineyard California Pinot Noir that was both complex and delicate—a wine that heightened the enjoyment of food, making everything a little more delicious.
