The next best thing to real Champagne, although some might say they like it better than Champagne. The Lucien Albrecht is a sparkling rose with a very light coral color, and an extremely fine bead (tiny bubbles). There are red berry notes on both the nose and the palate, but the accent is on elegance rather than power, the flavors dancing on the palate.
