Is the 2011 even more concentrated than the 2010 (described here)? - It may well be. This stylish, highly complex Malbec offers aromas and flavors of ripe red and black fruits with hints of smoke and chocolate. Medium-to full-bodied, with a long, rich finish. Still young, it would benefit from an hour's aeration in a pitcher/decanter, bringing out the full range of its flavors. Serve with steaks, roasts, or rich meat dishes such as Boeuf Bourgignon or other stews.
