Light and zesty, with green apple and citrus fruit, and herbal hints, then developing a bit of tropical fruit. Elegant and extremely long on the finish. Bring on the oysters, shrimp, crab, or sole. A great alternative for pricier Sancerre - finer Sauvignon at this price is hard to imagine.
