Shipments may be held if the weather is not suitable for shipment. We will contact you regarding any delay.
Shipments may not be for resale.
We do not ship to Hotels.
Title to and ownership of, all wine, spirits, and beer passes from World Of Liquor to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of it from New Jersey to his/her home state.
Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours and we strive to accommodate our customers in every way.. However, we can not guarantee any shipments by a specific date.

1.) FEDEX GROUND: Delivery to all Business addresses between 9:00AM – 5:00PM
2.) FEDEX HOME DELIVERY: Delivery to all Home addresses between 9:00AM - 5:00PM
3.) FEDEX HOME DELIVERY EVENING: Special delivery to most Home addresses between 5:00PM – 8:00PM
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order.

TINS AND GIFT SETS ARE NOT SENT BY DEFAULT. If your product is contained in a tin and you require this tin, please make a note during the final ordering process and we will contact you with updated shipping information. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.
World Of Liquor cares about you and your purchase. Please be aware that shipping during summer months may expose your purchased items to the risk of heat damage during transit. All online orders will be shipped within 48 hours of processing unless the customer makes a special request to suspend shipment until a mutually predetermined future date. No storage fees will be incurred by the customer in the interim. World of Liquor assumes no responsibility for goods deemed damaged by either extreme heat or extreme cold. If there is a problem with your order please inform us within 31 days of your delivery.
If you suspect that you have a bad bottle, please put the cork back in the bottle leaving the contents in the bottle.

If any order is shipped in error we will refund the full price including the shipping charges.
All other unopened returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee less the shipping charges.
