Pat McCarthy
Pat McCarthy has spent 30+ years working and supporting liquor & wine companies. As a whiskey consultant his job includes sampling and selecting numerous barrels each year to be bottled for the Bayway World of Liquor Whisky Peddler label. He has judged numerous international whisky competitions

Gary Soffer
Prior to coming to Bayway World of Liquor Gary was in the Public Warehouse & Distribution industry. He worked for one of the largest Public Warehouse firms in the New York/New Jersey Metro Area. He joined the Bayway family over 20 years ago and has since donned many hats.
He specializes in locating hard-to-find products for our customers. If it is out there and available for us to purchase, he will do his best to find it for you.
